The pre-enrolment procedure has changed due to the Covid pandemic: non-EU students should start the procedure to obtain the visa by accessing the UNIVERSITALY portal and filling in the “pre-enrollment application” (https://www.universitaly.it/index.php/registration/firststep) which must be submitted to the Italian Mission of the place of residence once validated by the University of Bologna. Read carefully the full official document that you can find in attachment.
The procedures for issuing visas must be concluded by 30 NOVEMBER 2020.
Do not forget that you need to be admitted first before starting the pre-enrolment procedure.
