The University of Bologna team (from the Departments of Economics and Statistics) for the European H2020 funded COORDINATE project (https://www.coordinate‐network.eu/), is looking to recruit an individual to a full‐time, two‐year (“one plus one”) position as a research assistant (RA).
The (gross annual) salary would be approximately 24 000 euro.
The research assistant would contribute to three streams of work:
(i) Network mapping exercise;
(ii) Writing policy briefings;
(iii) Project reporting.
The candidate would need to have a laurea magistralis, or equivalent degree, in economics or statistics. Project outputs will be written and presented in English and so a very good knowledge of English is essential; this can be either through having undertaken a degree course that is taught in English, or a certified level of C1 or above.
The position might be of particular interest to candidates aiming to eventually pursue a career in public or private institutions involved in public‐policy debate and in policy evaluation and/or policy formation.
The University of Bologna team on this project includes Prof. Giulio Ecchia, Prof. Chiara Monfardini, and Prof. Matthew Wakefield. Interested candidates should send a CV to matthew.wakefield@unibo.it.
