- Course overview
- The programme lasts for five days, classroom training is delivered in English, awards 3 CFU credits and aims the following learning outcomes : explore the pressing issues surrounding climate change, the cultural practices related to them-in terms of imagery and forms of artistic expression-and their social and economic impacts. Through an interdisciplinary approach involving faculty from usually distant academic fields such as art history, biology and economics, a speculative approach will be developed, aimed at understanding the dramatic environmental condition that has taken shape with the advent of the Anthropocene. In particular, the educational project moves from a reconsideration of cultural practices as a driver of social processes based on forms of public engagement.
