| Notes: | Please note that to receive a grade in Pharmacology and Pharmacotherapy II, students must first complete and pass “General Pharmacology, Pharmacogenetics, and Pharmacotherapy I” and “Molecular and Clinical Pathology (I.C.)” as outlined in the Pharmacy course structure diagrams. Students who choose to take the optional intermediate tests must have their grades for these two prerequisite exams finalized by June 30, 2026. This is necessary in order to report their final grades for the three intermediate tests (Module 1, 2, and 3) by July 31, 2026. Grades for the intermediate tests will be invalidated for those students who do not meet the prerequisite requirements. |
