Student administration offices

The administration of student careers for this Degree Programme is managed by several offices.

Student Administration Office

The Student Administration Office provides information and handles all administrative procedures throughout the entire university career.

In particular, it oversees all administrative activities, from enrollment to transfers, from issuing certificates and duplicates to checking university fees, from admission to the graduation exam to the issuance of the degree certificate.

Education Services- Teaching and Learning Division

The Service provides information and support to professors on teaching-related topics.

It acts as a link between activities related to study programs, exams, course resolutions, and the procedures that ensure the regular progress of academic pathways.

Each Study Program is assigned a teaching coordinator who is responsible for processes and services supporting teaching (design, planning, quality assurance, student services) and provides technical-specialized assistance to various internal and external stakeholders in synergy with the central offices of the University.

Furthermore, the service supports students with:

  • Internship Office
  • International Mobility Office

Internship Office

The service supports students for Core Clinical Training (CCT) including:

  • information on how to carry out and register for CCT;
  • verification of prerequisites before the start of the CCT;
  • annual planning in support of the CCT coordinator;
  • verification of documentation;
  • preparation of inquiries in case of career recognition.

It also supports companies/organizations in registering with the University's CCT application, subsequently signing agreements for curricular and thesis CCT, and managing students' CCT requests/offers.

International Mobility Office

The service supports students in mobility, including:

  • information on funding opportunities for outgoing students;
  • support with applications;
  • management of documentation (e.g., Learning Agreements and credit recognition procedure);
  • guidance for international students in mobility.

It also supports the department's internationalization coordinator in signing new mobility agreements.
