Learning outcomes: This course aims at providing students with analytical tools useful to understand and make decisions in conditions of imperfect and incomplete information, risk and uncertainty. Students will learn how to deal with inter-temporal choices, strategic interaction and the problems arising from information asymmetry and transaction costs.

Integrated Course of Economics – Industrial Organization - SECS P06 - 6 ects

Learning outcomes:This course aims at building an understanding of how macroeconomic and industry conditions determine the evolution of the global economic environment. The focus is highly applied. It relies on analyzing and understanding economic and industry data

Business Data Analysis - SECS-S03 - 6 ects

Learning outcomes: This course aims at providing students with the ability to analyze multivariate data most often stemming from questionnaires .The course educates students in the skills needed for a good performance of multivariate analysis and thereby enhance their overall analytical competence. The course focuses on the understanding of each multivariate tools as well as interpretation and use of the results on management, marketing, strategy and innovation decisions.

International Commercial Law - IUS/05 - 6 ects

Learning outcomes: At the end of the course the student is able to understand the international contracts and the principles regulating them. In particular, he/she is able to examine the International Commercial Contracts of the typical distribution sector, also according to the contractual and corporate antitrust law and joint venture agreements, with the aim to the internationalization of the company; he/she will also be able to focus on different solutions for different situations.

Integrated Course of Accounting – Financial Reporting - SECS P07 - 6 ects

Learning outcomes: The course aims to: encourage a general understanding of Principles and Standards for the accounting system at the national and international level; prepare and present extracts from the financial statements in conformity with IFRS and accounting policies; analyze and interpret financial statements and other financial information and draw appropriate conclusions; comprehend the role of information, accounting and reporting and their interaction between business and society; highlight outstanding best practices and imagine new tools/processes that might have an impact in the future on the accounting practice and/or research.

Integrated Course of Accounting – Multidimensional Reporting - SECS P07 - 6 ects

Learning outcomes: Enterprise strategies are not appraisable only by financial information which is concise and short-term biased. Starting from such considerations, several strategic multidimensional control systems have been successfully developed. The course introduces the most widely known of them (Balanced ScoreCard, Key Performance Indicators etc.) and addresses some issues related to the multiplicity of metrics used, the strengths and the limitations of such multidimensional control systems and their effective employment in practice.

Integrated Course of Strategic Management – Service business models - SECS P08 - 6 ects

Learning outcomes: The course focuses on the analysis and development of service business. At the end of the course students will be able to design and identify the different elements that are required to develop a service business both from a strategic and an operational point of view. In addition, students will gain knowledge about the range of organizational forms that allow a company to deliver services in accordance with the competitive and business environment.

Learning outcomes: This course focuses on innovation strategies and issues related to technology management in service businesses. The course will also highlight business strategies and architectures to capture the opportunities offered by the digital marketplace and the different applications of technology to support business choices.

Human Resource Management and Leadership SECS P10 - 6 ects

Learning outcomes: This course provides an examination of the roles and functions of human resource management in service organizations. The course examines how HR functions and techniques help an organzation to perform effectively and assist organizations to achieve a competitive advantage through the "service people".
