How to compile a Study Plan

WHAT IS A STUDY PLAN?

The study plan is the complete set of exams that you need to sit in order to graduate.

Each degree programme envisages a certain number of learning activities (course units, laboratories, other activities): some are compulsory, others are elective. The sum of compulsory and elective activities is your study plan.

A study plan can be submitted by properly enrolled students who have paid their tuition fees. The study plan must be submitted via Studenti Online, which is accessed using your university username and password.

WHEN TO SUBMIT YOUR STUDY PLAN

It is possible to present your study plan and to modify it at two different times of the academic year.

Deadlines for study plan submissions

The study plan for A.Y. 21/22 may be submitted from

  • 11th October to 30th November 2021
  • 7th January to 31st March 2022

If you submit your study plan by 30th November, you can modify the plan for the current year during the period after submission.

The completed plan will be visible immediately after it is filled in on-line in the AlmaEsami profile.

Important: Students intending to graduate by 2020/21, therefore by the graduation session of March 2022, may no longer submit a study plan or modify any previously selected course units.

Students paying the first instalment of fees for the new year who modify their study plan may not, under any circumstance, submit a graduation application for March 2022.

You can only sit an exam if the subject is included in your study plan and if the lessons have ended.

Important: Students enrolled in the years following the first, who want to modify a course related to years earlier than that of enrolment, WILL NOT BE ABLE to sit the exam until the current year’s classes have ended
