Graduates from the Legal Operator in Italian and French Law degree programme receive both an Italian degree and a French “Licence de Droit”.
The teaching integrates traditional basic national legal skills with basic French legal skills.
Graduates will therefore possess appropriate transnational legal competencies for finding employment in all public and private sectors which interact with Italian and French legal realities. Graduates will possess specific technical terminological knowledge in the legal field which is otherwise difficult to find in the market, deriving from the study of legal systems in both languages and in both countries, with mother-tongue professors in legal subjects.
The study programme will achieve these outcomes in the following manner:
1. All students enrolled in the degree programme will spend the third year of the programme at the university with which an exchange agreement exists;
2. Course units will be delivered by professors from the partner university in French right from the start of the degree programme.
Within the framework of the exchange agreement with the partner university a study programme which allows graduates from the Legal Operator in Italian and French Law degree programme to continue their studies in order to obtain a 2nd cycle degree in Law, with a specific Italian-French study programme.
The amount of study hours reserved for students is always 50% more than the overall time laid down for each course unit according to the provisions of the degree programme regulations.
