Le attività possono essere scelte tra quelle individuate annualmente dal Consiglio di Corso di Studio. Lo studente può anticipare la scelta del seminario "Pensare da giurista. Un percorso introduttivo allo studio formativo per Consulente del lavoro e delle relazioni aziendali" al I anno. Lo studente può posticipare inoltre gli esami a scelta autonoma al 3° anno anticipando l'attività di tirocinio. Il seminario "Composizione negoziata della crisi" può essere scelto solo al III anno.
