Dear Student,
From March 1st to April 18th, 2023, you can submit your application to become a Mentee of Mentors4u, the largest non-profit, independent, and free Mentoring program in Europe. You can apply by clicking here: https://www.mentors4u.com/applicaMentee.
Mentors4u offers motivated and deserving university students (Mentee), interested in careers in the economic sector (Business, Finance, Consulting, Entrepreneurship/Startups, and Non-Profit sectors), the opportunity to interact with a successful young professional (Mentor) who provides guidance and advice to better structure academic/professional paths.
Mentors4u strongly believes in the potential of its young Mentees and contributes to unleashing their talent through one-to-one Mentoring - the heart of the program - and ancillary activities such as events, courses, guides, and videos created in collaboration with its Partners (McKinsey & Company, Enel Foundation, DeA Capital, Iconsulting, AB InBev, Oliver Wyman, Nova, AIFI, and others) and with the companies of origin of the Mentors (such as Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, CITI, Danone, Nestlé, Google, Amazon, BAML, Gruppo Coin, Innogest, Campari, BNP Paribas, Unicredit, UBS, Autogrill) that provide opportunities for in-depth learning and training.
Selected students will receive:
- association with a Mentor based on the expressed preferences;
- access to the M4U Network, composed of Mentees, Mentors, Senior Mentors leaders in their industries;
- credentials to access the private area of the mentors4u.com website, get in touch with Community members through a personal mailbox and directory, view job opportunities by consulting the Wall/Job Posting sections, and access the Knowledge Center, which includes over 300 articles comprising useful guides and articles;
- invitations to exclusive events, conferences, and workshops;
- visibility with Partner companies;
- exclusive content periodically published in the quarterly Magazine and on the Blog.
The outcome of the selection (whether positive or negative) will be communicated via email on June 20th, 2023.
Every student who submits an application, regardless of the outcome, will be able to:
- access immediately and continuously the Knowledge Center;
- use freely the CV template that reflects the best international professional practices provided during the application phase.
