Mentors4u offers motivated and deserving university students (Mentees), who wish to work in the fields of Business, Finance, Consulting, Entrepreneurship/Start Up and not-for-profit, the opportunity to meet with successful professionals (Mentors) who provide guidance and advice on how best to set up academic and professional paths.
Mentors4u strongly believes in the potential of young people and helps unleash their talent through
- one-to-one mentoring, the heart of the programme;
- in-depth events, courses and training content realised in collaboration with its Partners (McKinsey & Company, Enel Foundation, Nova, AIFI and others) and with the companies of origin of the Mentor Community (for example: Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, CITI, Danone, Nestlé, Google, Amazon, BofA, Gruppo Coin, Innogest, Campari, BNP Paribas, Unicredit, UBS, Autogrill)
Selected students, in addition to being included in the M4U Network composed of Mentees, Mentors, Senior Mentors leading their industries, will receive:
- a match with a Mentor on the basis of the preferences expressed;
- credentials to access the private area of www.mentors4u.com and thus get in touch with the members of the Community through directories, view job opportunities available on Wall/Job Posting, consult the Knowledge Centre with over 300 articles including guides and useful articles;
- invitations to participate in exclusive events, conferences and workshops;
- visibility at Partner companies;
- previously unreleased content periodically published in the quarterly Magazine and Blog.
As soon as you submit your application you will be able to:
- have immediate and continuous access to the Knowledge Centre via www.mentors4u.com;
- freely use the CV template provided during the application phase, which reflects international professional best practices.
You will receive the result of the selection (both positive and negative) by email on 10 June 2025. Should the outcome be negative, you can apply again in 2026, during the next round.
