International Workshop: "From Temporary Shelter to Semi-Permanent Homes"
This workshop investigates the transitional period from a temporary structure into a (semi-)permanent solution, in pre- and post-disaster settings.
The course combines realistic design thinking with actual research strategies, related to the overall themes of traditional architecture, non-engineered earthquake design, building with natural and waste materials, and overall improvement of the living conditions.
