Information for Incoming students from Neoma

Double degree Incoming students shall: 

• Successfully complete the first year Master’s degree at Neoma (60 credits) and demand the home University to send the official Transcript of Records to didatticaforli.em.international@unibo.it;
• Define the choice of Master’s program and curriculum:
  • Master’s in Business Administration and Sustainability: curr. Business Administration or curr. Sustainable Food System Management (in English)
  • Master’s degree in Economia e Commercio (in Italian)
  • Master’s degree in Economia e Management (in Italian)
  • Master’s degree in Management dell’Economia Sociale (in Italian with some courses in English)

For each Master's degree programme, the study plan has already been establishted by the Double degree agreement, with the exception of elective courses. The study plan for each programme are available in the section "attachments".

The courses are held both in the 1st and in the 2nd semester, according to the academic calendar.

• - Upon arrival, it is essential to register at the International Relations Office, which, in collaboration with the Student Office, will facilitate the completion of the enrollment process for the chosen Master's degree programme;
• Communicate the selection of elective courses to didatticarforli.em.international@unibo.it;
• After receiving the transcript from Neoma, the offices will update the academic records, officially recognizing previously completed activities that are eligible for credit transfer; 
• Registration is not required to attend classe; however, it is mandatory to enroll for exams during the designated sessions. Detailed information regarding exams and the scheduling of assessments can be found at the following link;
• In addition to completing exams, students must prepare the final dissertation with a supervisor from the University of Bologna and apply for graduation according to the timelines and procedures outlined by the University. • Once the thesis preparation is complete, inform the program coordinator at didatticarforli.em.international@unibo.it, providing the supervisor's name. The office will verify with the supervisor that the thesis preparation is concluded, and the course coordinator will formalize the 12 credits for thesis preparation so that the office can send the complete transcript to Neoma.
• Neoma Jury, upon receiving the transcript from UniBo, must validate it for the purpose of obtaining the French degree. Note that to graduate from Neoma in the December Jury, the transcript must be sent by the end of October; otherwise, the next Jury will meet at Neoma only in July, and the thesis (and sending of the transcript to Neoma) must be completed by May.
• After the Neoma Jury, Neoma will send the final transcript along with the graduation certificate. Students must then defend the thesis at UniBo (even online), but this can only happen after the Neoma graduation certificate arrives, either in December (if the transcript arrives on time) or in February. Those graduating from Neoma in July can defend the thesis in July (if the transcript arrives on time) or in September. 
•  With the thesis discussion, students also gets UniBo degree.
• For the release of the paper diploma (pergamena) of the UniBo diploma, it is necessary to send a copy of the Neoma diploma to the Student Office
