Preparing the study plan

You can submit the study plan if:

• you are regularly enrolled;
• you paid all due tuition fees to UAlg (if you are a self-paying student)
• you submitted the residence permit receipt or card (in case you are an international student);
• your year of registration envisages the submission of the study plan;
• you are attending lectures or laboratories or if you are doing an internship in Italy during the current academic year.

If you plan to graduate by the end of the former academic year (March session), you cannot submit or change your study plan in the current academic year.

You can submit and amend your study plan in the following periods: 

- First period: from 03/10/2022 – to 30/12/2022
- Second period: from 01/03/2023 – to 31/03/2023

Following expiry of the deadlines, the last study plan presented will be deemed valid and no further amendments may be made.

The study plan must be filled in and submitted through StudentiOnline.

You need to fill in your study plan in order to:
- add optional subjects to your plan;
-amend choices made in prior years.

After making the desired choices, remember to click on “save” so that your study plan can be presented correctly.

During the two periods in which the study plan can be submitted, you can submit and amend it without limitations. Once the deadline for submission expires, the latest submitted study plan will be considered valid and no more amendments will be accepted. The study plan you submit online is automatically approved and the list of courses can be found in your career.

Remember that you can take an exam, after the end of lectures, only if you have put it in your study plan.
