Classrooms, labs and libraries

Our Classroom

Aula Affreschi, Via Zamboni 34, Bologna

Renewed and designed to host DHDK professors and students, Aula Affreschi provides:

- Public address system
- Interactive whiteboard
- Overhead projector
- Video Projector
- 50 PC for our students
- WIFI connection

Lessons, seminars and meetings, ​carried out in the classroom, can be recorded and followed on streaming.

Lecture halls

Lecture halls of varying size are spread between the facilities at via Zamboni 33 and those at via Zamboni 26. While equipped differently, they all offer the University WIFI system free of charge.

  • Lecture Hall 1
    This hall on the second floor has a video projection system and a permanent workstation with PC, sound amplification and the ability to establish video conference links with other halls in the complex.
    Capacity: 120 persons

  • Lecture Hall 2
    This hall on the first floor is equipped with a video projector and a permanent workstation with PC and sound amplification.
    Capacity: 90 persons
    Location: Via Zamboni 26, Bologna
  • Lecture Hall 3
    This hall on the second floor is equipped with sound amplification.
    Capacity: 25 persons
    Location: Via Zamboni 33, Bologna

Study rooms

The degree programme makes two study rooms available for your use, whenever you want.
The rooms are open from Monday to Friday, between 8.30 am and 7 pm.

    Capacity: 40 persons

  • Study room 2
    Capacity: 62 persons
    Location: Via Zamboni 26, Bologna

Laboratories

Our laboratories enable you to try out the knowledge you have acquired. They represent a point of reference for your learning activities, thanks to the technologies available, the learning methods employed and the support provided by tutors with in-depth experience of laboratory work.
All laboratories are open from Monday to Friday, between 8.30 am and 6.30 pm.

  • Laboratory 1
    Reserved for those about to graduate and interns on the degree programme
    Equipment: 16 PCs, 1 laser printer.
    Capacity: 16 persons
    Location: via Zamboni 33, Bologna
  • Laboratory 2
    Reserved for students enrolled in the degree programme
    Equipment: audio/video installation
    Capacity: 12 persons
    Location: via Zamboni 26, Bologna

Libraries

Our degree programme activities use the Department Library.
The University of Bologna offers an extensive network of structures, library and document reference services. In particular, you can use the facilities of the humanities sector and the libraries covering law, economics and political sciences and social sciences.
