Study plan

Information on how to prepare and present a study plan.

WHAT IS A STUDY PLAN?

The study plan is the complete set of exams that you need to pass in order to get your degree. Some exams are compulsory, while others are elective.

WHO CAN SUBMIT A STUDY PLAN?

A study plan can be submitted by enrolled students who have paid their tuition fees and, in case of international students, who hold a valid residence permit.

WHEN TO SUBMIT YOUR STUDY PLAN

You can submit your study plan in two periods during the academic year 2019/2020:
– from October 14 to November 29, 2019
from January 7 to March 28, 2020

Study plans submitted by November 29, 2019 can be changed. After the deadlines, the last study plan submitted will be deemed valid and no further change will be possible.

Students who will graduate in March 2020, CANNOT submit a new study plan or change the study plan previously submitted

HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR STUDY PLAN

Studenti Online

If you are an enrolled student you can submit or change the study plan via Studenti Online only when the service is open. After making your choices, do not forget to click on “save”  to complete the process. Also, we suggest to print a copy of the submitted study plan in order to check for formal or substantive errors that might arise after the upload.

Hard-copy forms

Students “fuori corso” (those who did not get their degree within the established period) or transferred students cannot use the Studenti Online system and must hand in the hard-copy forms.

APPROVAL OF YOUR STUDY PLAN

If you select elective subjects from among those offered by the degree programme, there is no need for assessment and your plan is approved automatically and input to your career file.

On the other hand, if you want to choose exams not specifically offered by your degree programme, approval or otherwise will be decided by the Degree Programme Board.
