International Politics and Economics is a multi-disciplinary Masters’ Degree programme with restricted access in which the teaching system meets the requirements of two different classes:

Class LM-56 – Economics

and

Class LM-62 – Political Science

Admission Requirements

In order to apply for admission to the A.Y. 24/25 in International Politics and Economics Masters' Degree, it is necessary:

1. To hold a relevant Bachelor's Degree (see the Call for Application for details):

ITALIAN ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:

L-11 Lingue e culture moderne
L-18 Scienze dell’economia e della gestione aziendale
L-33 Scienze economiche
L-36 Scienze politiche e delle relazioni internazionali
L-40 Sociologia

NON-ITALIAN ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS: the selecting Commission will assess the correspondence between the disciplinary field of the candidate’s entry qualification and the Degree classes listed above.

Please note: non graduate applicants are allowed to apply provided they have minimum 130 CFU or if they have completed minimum 72% of the academic career (for Italian academic qualifications obtained before D.M. 509/99 and non-Italian academic qualifications).

2. To have a minimum B2 Level knowledge of the English language (CEFR).

See the Call for Application for details on admitted certificates and exemptions or the OOPT test to be certified as detailed in the Call for Application. (certificates shall be issued no more than 2 years prior to the application deadlines)

Please note: applicants who do not hold any of the accepted certificate nor they fall within any of the exemption categories have the opportunity to register for and sit the OOPT - Oxford Online Placement Test (see the Call for Application for registration details)

3. To have a suitable preparation: the assessment is based on the academic career, on the consistency of the credits obtained with LM IPE and on further academic as well as non academic experiences.

Please check the deadlines and be aware that the attachments listed and the terms reported in the Call for Application are mandatory.
