Information on how to prepare and present a study plan.
The study plan is the complete set of exams that you need to sit in order to graduate. Some exams are compulsory, while others are elective.
A study plan can be presented by properly enrolled students who have paid their tuition fees and, in the case of international students, who hold a valid residence permit.
You must submit a study plan for each year of the Master's Degree programme.
PLEASE NOTE: Failure to submit a study plan will prevent you from registering for and sitting examinations.
You can submit and amend your study plan in three periods during the academic year.
For the Academic Year 2026-2027, these are the three periods, as established by the Academic Board in June 2026:
Following the expiry of the deadlines, the most recently submitted study plan shall be deemed valid, and no further amendments may be made. During the designated amendment periods, the study plan may be modified multiple times.
Once an online study plan has been submitted, your academic record is updated in real time, allowing you to immediately verify whether the procedure has been completed successfully on Studenti Online.
For study plans submitted using a paper form, for individual study plans requiring an authorization, however, please allow sufficient time for the authorization procedure to be completed and for your academic record to be updated manually.
The study plan can be presented:
If you select elective subjects from among those offered by the degree programme, there is no need for assessment and your plan is approved automatically and input to your career file.
On the other hand, if you want to choose exams not specifically offered by your degree programme, approval or otherwise will be decided by Board of the Study Programme.
Please find attached the Study Plan Guidelines, which provide further information on this matter.
