University rules of behaviour during graduation sessions

For safety reasons and to ensure the smooth running of the graduation sessions, we kindly ask the graduating students to limit the number of guests attending the dissertation discussion AND to follow the guidelines below:

  1. Do not arrive at the discussion venue before your scheduled time.
    This will avoid overlaps with the previous graduation committees.
  2. Inform the staff of your arrival and receive instructions regarding the ceremony.
  3. After the proclamation, please leave the room promptly, following the instructions of the staff.
  4. Celebrations and photoshoots must take place outside the building, with appropriate and respectful behaviour, avoiding any excesses.
  5. It is forbidden to hang signs or banners inside or outside the building.
  6. The use of confetti inside or outside the building is strictly prohibited.
  7. The consumption of alcoholic beverages is not allowed inside or outside the building in public areas (see the municipal ordinance attached).
  8. The use of fireworks, flares, smoke bombs, firecrackers, or similar items is prohibited as per Decreto sicurezza Bis 53/2019.
