The BET - Bologna Empowering Talent Call For Talent is now officially online! Promoted by the Metropolitan City of Bologna, this initiative aims to attract young talents from all over Italy. Organized in collaboration with Fondazione Golinelli and Almacube, the program offers students and recent graduates under 30 the chance to participate in a two-week Innovation Residency, taking place from April 7 to 17, 2025.
Participants will work on real innovation challenges proposed by two leading companies from the Bologna area: CRIF and Ma.FER Srl (part of the TPER Group), both actively seeking new talent. The experience is fully funded by the organizers, covering accommodation, meals, and most expenses, providing a unique opportunity to explore Bologna’s vibrant ecosystem and develop key skills in innovation.
