ICT Labs
ICT Room is available at the ground floor of the teaching centre in Via L. Montaspro, 97.
Resources
These machines are equipped with numerous software packets enabling students to practice and develop various areas of teaching and science.
At the moment the following products are available:
- Matlab, an interactive environment with an advanced technical calculation language for producing algorithms, graphic representation of data, data analysis and numerical calculations
- Simulink, for simulating and designing dynamic systems from their mathematical models
- LabView, for data acquisition and processing
- MSC Adams, Nastran and Patran, for finite elements analysis (FEM)
- Femap, for finite elements analysis (FEM)
- Ansys, for finite elements analysis (FEM)
- Comsol Multiphysics
- Rhinoceros, for CAD (Computer Aided Design)
- SolidWorks, for CAD (Computer Aided Design)
- Office suite.
The Room has a sound amplification system and a video projector.
Teaching activities
The labs host lessons, exams and practical exercises of many courses.
