Classrooms, labs and libraries

Lecture halls

Lecture halls of varying size are spread between the facilities at via Tombesi dall'Ova 55. While equipped differently, they all offer the University WIFI system free of charge.

Study rooms

Study room seating approximately 70 persons, 2 free workstations for printing with authentication and for bibliographical research, both connected to the University network.

Opening hours: from 8.15 a.m. to 6.30 p.m.

There are also suitable areas for study, covered by Wi-Fi. These are permanently available to students.

Laboratories

Our laboratories enable you to try out the knowledge you have acquired. They represent a point of reference for your learning activities, thanks to the technologies available, the learning methods employed and the support provided by tutors with in-depth experience of laboratory work.

  • ICT laboratory with 50 workstations equipped with CAD and 3D modelling software, programmes for editing and retouching images, GIS software; A0 colour plotter, connected to all workstations and with printing facilities by pre-paid card;
  • Dissertation laboratory and Printing Centre with 8 PC workstations in all equipped with CAD and 3D modelling software, structural calculation programmes, rendering programmes, programmes for editing and retouching images, GIS software; A0 colour plotter, A0 B/W plotter, two A1 colour plotters, two A3/A4 printers.

Libraries

Our degree programme activities use the Campus Central Library .
The University of Bologna offers an extensive network of structures, library and document reference services. In particular, you can use the facilities of the humanities sector and the libraries covering law, economics and political sciences and social sciences.
