Preparing the study plan

Information on how to prepare and present a study plan.

WHAT IS A STUDY PLAN?

The study plan is the complete set of exams that you need to sit in order to graduate. Some exams are compulsory, while others are elective.

WHO CAN PRESENT A STUDY PLAN?

A study plan can be presented by properly enrolled students who have paid their tuition fees and, in the case of international students, who hold a valid residence permit.

WHEN TO PRESENT YOUR STUDY PLAN

You can present and amend your study plan in two periods during the academic year.

The two periods for a.y. 2023/2024 are:

- first period: from 9 October 2023 to 23 November 2023;
- second period: from 29 January 2024 to 16 February 2024 (exams for learning activities included in the study plan during the second period may be passed in the first available session).

After the deadlines, the last study plan presented will be considered valid and it will no longer be possible to make changes.

HOW TO PRESENT YOUR STUDY PLAN

Studenti Online

The study plan can be presented via Studenti Online by enrolled students who, accessing the website using their University usernames and passwords:
- need to add optional subjects to their plan;
- need to amend choices made in prior years.

After making the desired choices, remember to click on “save” so that your study plan can be presented correctly.

It is also advisable to print a copy of your completed study plan. This copy is in fact the only way to check for formal or substantive errors that might arise after uploading your study plan.

Hard-copy forms

Enrolled students who want to add an exam activated in a Degree with restricted access, cannot select it through the online study plan application, but must fill in the form that can be downloaded in the attachment box and send it by e-mail to the Cesena Students Administration Office.

Students who are “fuori corso” (past envisaged completion time for the degree course) or who have transferred in, cannot use the Studenti Online system and must use the hard-copy forms attached to this page.
In both cases, the form have to be completely filled in and delivered to administrative office.

Please find the form here attached. Once you have filled in the form and signed it, you will have to send a scanned copy to segcesena@unibo.it

Approval

- If subjects chosen from those defined by the Degree Programme are selected, no evaluation is required and the study plan is automatically approved and uploaded into the student's career.
- If you want to choose exams other than those activated by the Degree Programmes of the Department of Psychology or related to the soft skills, approval will be subject to the evaluation of the Degree Programme Board.
