Applications are invited for the selection running at DIPARTIMENTO DI CHIMICA "GIACOMO CIAMICIAN" of the Alma Mater Studiorum University of Bologna for the award of 1 grant research fellowship, for the execution of research activities within the project entitled “Development of analytical protocols for theinvestigation and the evaluation of protective treatments of marine outdoor bronze surfaces".
The activities shall be carried out under the supervision of a tutor identified by the structure as Prof.
PROF. ROCCO MAZZEO, in a non-subordinate relationship with no set working hours.
The main place of work will be: DIPARTIMENTO DI CHIMICA "GIACOMO CIAMICIAN" , VIA GUACCIMANNI, 42, 48121, RAVENNA
The selection is open to candidates in possession of the following qualification:
Master Degree or equivalent title in in chemistry (LM 54) and in Science for conservation and restoration of cultural heritage (LM 11) with an appropriate scientific with appropriate scientific and professional curriculum.
Competences/requirements laid down for candidates:
Knowledge in scientific investigations of outdoor bronze alloy artworks, with specific reference to spectroscopic and electrochemical methods used to evaluate their state of conservation and the performance of suitable conservation materials and methods.
