Student administration offices

The administration of student careers for this Degree Programme is managed by several offices.

Student Administration Office

The Student Administration Office is in charge of student careers from an administrative point of view – managing enrolment, graduation applications and transfers (from/to a different degree programme), issuing transcripts, certificates and copies, monitoring fee payment.

Degree Programme Coordinator and Academic Office

The Degree Programme Office provides students and academics with information and support on curricular matters, coordinating exams, degree-programme resolutions, curriculum-related activities and all necessary processes ensuring the smooth running of courses and degree programmes.

Internship Office

The Internship Office give students guidance on choosing and undertaking an internship. It also support businesses in drawing up internship agreements for curricular or training internships.

International Relations Office

The International Relations Office promotes student mobility programmes by organising information events. It offers guidance on study opportunities within exchange programmes as well as support in applying for exchange programmes that include an internship abroad.

International Desk - Ravenna

The International Desk provides a welcome, information and guidance for international students opting to study at the Ravenna Campus.

For foreign students the service provides:

  • Assistance and information before registration
  • Administrative help with the bureaucracy of registering and enrolling on degree programmes, as well as getting academic qualifications recognised
  • An information desk for degree programmes and services provided by Ravenna Campus (Italian language courses at the University Language Centre (CLA), a cultural guide, services for the disabled, psychological support services, etc.) and by the Ravenna local area (accommodation, associations, canteens, study rooms, transport, leisure activities, health cover, etc.)
  • Linguistic assistance for those who have not yet mastered enough Italian to get by on their own
  • China Desk: help and interpreting for Chinese-speaking students. Every week a Chinese mother-tongue tutor interviews those applying to do degree programmes
  • Periodic guidance and information meetings for international students.
