What is a buddy?

What is a buddy supposed to do?
Being a buddy implies be there for one or two prospective students to ask you, possibly via mail or facebook, some pieces of information, as if you were a sort of experienced friend. Nothing too technical, though, because questions that are considered academic and/or very specific technical questions should be directed to the tutor of the course or the international desk. The buddy helps students especially during the first few days, but in many cases also throughout the year.
How does the buddy system programme work?
The Tutor-Buddy programme works very easily: we match you with one or two incoming students (possibly from the same country you are from). The international students will receive your e-mail address and your phone number before coming to Rimini to contact you in case of need.
Why being a buddy?
The Tutor-Buddy programme is an excellent opportunity of cultural exchange between enrolled students and new international students.
