The ​laboratory will focus in reward based crowdfunding as a tool to fundraise and create engagement in the community of a creative industry. Using both case studies and theoretical tools, the lesson will face the following topics:
- the crowdfunding market;
- the crowdfunding ways: from reward to equity;
- an eclectic tool: for profit and nonprofit organizations;
- how to built a campaign: the contents;
- how to built a campaign: the strategy;
- output and outcomes of a crowdfunding campaign.

 

 Agnese Agrizzi, former GIOCA graduate, is a crowdfunding and fundraising consultant. Owner of Ginger Crowdfunding, she creates reward based crowdfunding platforms and manages crowdfunding campaigns. Among many other, she has directed Un passo per San Luca, a campaign for the Municipality of Bologna, raising 339.000 euro from 7.100 backers. Ideaginger.it, Ginger's local reward based crowdfunding platform, reaches 78% of success rate of the projects hosted.
