The Department of Interpreting and Translation (DIT) of the University of Bologna at Forlì presents the First International Conference on Food and Culture in Translation. The aim of this conference is to provide a forum for discussion in a relatively neglected field of research: the translation of food language and culture.
The conference will take place from 22nd to 24th May 2014, in the University’s Summer Residence in a medieval castle built above the hamlet of Bertinoro, in the hills just above Forlì, Italy.
