Due to the recognition of previously-earned CFUs, your situation may undergo some changes regarding accessing right-to-study benefits and fee reduction/exemptions. It is of the utmost importance to know that:
- for right-to-study benefits, the minimum number of CFUs required is always determined starting from the first year of enrollment, regardless of the year of admission in case of recognized credits, and only those CFUs that get recognized by the degree programme of destination will be considered valid;
- to obtain tax benefits (reduction/exemptions) the minimum number of CFUs required is determined starting from the first year of enrollment, regardless of the year of admission in case of recognized credits, but only the CFUs earned between 11/08/2023 and 10/08/2024 will be considered valid, even if not recognized by the degree programme of destination.
In order to evaluate the impact of transferring to the new degree programme system on your ER.GO scholarship, you must carefully read through the ER.GO call (Bando), particularly the section on merit-based criteria. The Call is available on the ER.GO website: https://www.er-go.it/international-students/. The same website indicates how to get in touch with ER.GO operators for specific questions.
All the info on merit-based criteria for tax benefits are available here. For additional information students can refer to the competent office: ases.contribuzionistudentesche@unibo.it.
