Tuition fees

Starting from academic year 2017/2018 the University of Bologna has a new system for calculating tuition fees. All students pay based on their Equivalent Financial Situation Indicator (ISEE), irrespective of the degree programme that they enrol on.

Full exemption is granted for ISEE values up to €23,000.00. Above this threshold, the tuition fee increases proportionally to the ISEE value, with special subsidies for the lowest incomes.

International students cannot have ISEE, but they need to provide the required documents (legalized by the Italian Embassy) upon control of the family income. Check thoroughly the link below.

All details are available here

It is crucial you follow instruction and check any possible link, especially about how to apply to have tuition fee calculated based on your economic situation and Documentation regarding the economic situation of international students
