Language requirements

English language B2 level of the Council of Europe (CEFR).

ITALI students must have a sufficient knowledge of English Language (B2 level CEFR), as stated in the admission Call for Applications.

Read the List of accepted English Language Certificates in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) in the HIGHLIGHTS section.

The English language requirement may be satisfied through successful completion of a language test on the following dates*: 

  • 2 March 2023 (for candidates intake A)
  • 4 April 2023 (for candidates intake A-B)
  • 4 May 2023 (for candidates intake B)
  • 8 June 2023 (for candidates intake B)
  • 4, 6 eventually 11 July (for candidates intake C)

Each test session will start at 9.30 am CET. 

Considering the limited number of places available, registration is required (first come first served). No request will be considered without a full application uploaded online.

Further instructions will be provided by the University Language Centre (CLA).

* In the event the test will tale place in presence,  the scheduled dates could be modified according to laboratories availability.
