Nominated students from partner Universities in Europe are welcome to join the Programme!
After your nomination, please follow Unibo procedure for Erasmus + incoming students:
We strongly suggest incoming students to get in contact with the Student Advisor for further information about classes, academic calendar, timetable before filling in their Learning Agreement forms and arranging start/end date of their stay.
Electrical Engineering Students Advisor will assist foreign students during their overall mobility programme for any administration issue and/or clarification they may need.
Non-EU students enrolled at partner Universities usually need a short-time study visa to get to Italy. If they need an invitation letter from Unibo, the Erasmus Office of the Partner University should contact our International Department by indicating personal data of non-EU students, start/end date of their stay and confirming Erasmus office mail address. University of Bologna will send support letters by registered post to the partner University only.
Note: Erasmus + incoming students are not required to pay any tuition fee at Unibo, while they keep their status as students at partner Universities.
Before leaving Unibo, remember to follow our check-out procedure!
