The administration of student careers for this Degree Programme is managed by several offices.
The office provides support to the Degree Programme Directors and to the Head of Department concerning the design, activation and teaching planning of the National and International Degree Programmes. It provides support to the Degree Programme Board, to the Faculty-student Joint Committee and to the Department Board. It manages the communication and academic guidance for the students.
The Student Administration Office is in charge of student careers from an administrative point of view – managing enrolment, graduation applications and transfers (from/to a different degree programme), issuing transcripts, certificates and copies, monitoring fee payment.
The Internship Office give students guidance on choosing and undertaking an internship. It also support businesses in drawing up internship agreements for curricular or training internships.
It provides students support for Exchange Programmes ( for e.g Erasmus+, Overseas), internships and thesis abroad.
The tutor plays an important role linking students and degree programmes. S/he is a valuable source of information, for example, to learn about how to access the programme and carry out its activities.Students can contact the tutor also to flag requests concerning logistics or organisation.
The International Relations Office promotes student mobility programmes by organising information events. It offers guidance on study opportunities within exchange programmes as well as support in applying for exchange programmes that include an internship abroad.
The Office provides administrative support concerning the design, activation and delivery of the programme catalogue. It verifies the economic sustainability of the programmes. It manages agreements and calls related to the teaching activities and the tutors’ contracts. It provides support to the students, concerning their degree programme.
