The FAI Emilia Romagna Presidency in collaboration with the FAI Delegation of Ravenna is organizing a free course on the history and art of Ravenna aimed mainly at citizens of foreign origin and all people interested in the subjects. The course will have as its theme "The protagonists of a history that comes from afar: art and memory in the Ravenna territory."
WHAT? The course, in Italian, alternates in-class lectures with guided tours of the area and its monuments. Lectures will cover the main moments of Ravenna's history and related historical, artistic, architectural, and documentary evidence.
WHEN? The meetings will begin on Saturday September 16 2023, and will end by December.
WHERE? The lectures will be held in Ravenna at “Sala Don Minzoni”, Piazza Duomo, 4, on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. More information on the programme.
