Academic calendar a.y. 2024/2025

CLASSES

First semester - from 16 September 2024 to 16 December 2024

Second semester - from 17 February 2025  to 23 May 2025

Suspension of lessons on graduation days (only Bologna courses)

 EXAM

For each course unit there are at least 6 exam dates a year.

Depending on the periods in which the courses are held, you can take the exams from the following dates:

• First semester exams - from the end of first semester to the beginning of second-semester classes
• First and second semester exams - from the end of second semester to the beginning of a.y. 2025-2026 classes

Extra exams sessions may be done during classes but only for those students:

- Second-year students who are attending the II semester

- outside prescribed time students

LESSONS

First semester - from 15 September 2025 to 19 December 2025

Second semester - from 18 February 2026  to 29 May 2026

 EXAMS

Depending on the periods in which the courses are held, you can take the exams from the following dates:

• First semester exams - from the end of first semester to the beginning of second-semester classes
• First and second semester exams - from the end of second semester to the beginning of a.y. 2025-2026 classes

Extra exams sessions may take place, exclusively aimed at:

- final year BTA, IMAHS, PASA students, at the end of the first cycle of the second year

- final year students with exam debt at the end of the second cycle of the second year

- students who are out of course, even during lesson periods

SUSPENSION OF LESSONS

- to allow graduations and proclamations to take place between 27 and 31 October 2025

- to allow graduations and proclamations to take place between 23 and 27 March 2026

- for all DISTAL courses (Bologna campus) lessons will be suspended on 12 December 2025

- for the IMAHS course, lessons will be suspended for the period: 27 October 2025 – 7 November 2025
