How to activate a curricular internship
Carrying out a curricular internship means spending a period of time working at a company or institution and earning university credits at the end of the activity. Taking up an internship is not mandatory (at LSC you may include it in your study plan among your electives).
Internships are carried out on the basis of an agreement between the University of Bologna and the host structure (company, public body, professional firm etc.) and an internship programme signed by both parties.
In second-year study plan, LSC students are allowed to take
You can also add to your study plan one of the following internships related to the preparation of your final dissertation:
1_in Italy, 84549 - INTERNSHIP FOR PREPARATION FOR THE FINAL EXAMINATON - 12 CFU for 300 hours' internship.
2_abroad, 84551 - INTERNSHIP ABROAD FOR PREPARATION FOR THE FINAL EXAMINATON - 12 CFU for 300 hours' internship.
The tasks performed within such internship have to be consistent with the dissertation topic and agreed with the supervisor.
Please note: if you select "Internship for the preparation for the final examination", you are asked to provide a declaration from the thesis supervisor. This declaration must be added to your CV when you undertake an internship request in SOL-Intership.
Prof.ssa Valeria Zotti has been appointed as a representative and academic tutor for this Course of Study.
You can choose between an internship or three 3-CFU SEMINARS (in order to acquire the credits corresponding to the internship: info on Course Structure Diagram.)
The internship can be carried out once you are enrolled in your second year and only after having chosen the 9-CFU internship 81789 – INTERNSHIP (LM) as an Elective Discipline.
