Fees amounts and exemptions

Participation Costs

  • In order to be enrolled to the European Master in Health Economics and Management, admitted students are to pay participation costs (not profit based) at the Erasmus University Rotterdam. The participation costs for 2019-2020 are stated below.
    • Programme country students
      • Students with a nationality of EU member countries plus former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Turkey.are considered Programme country students and pay €2.083 for the academic year 2019-2020. This participation fee also applies to students from Switzerland (not a Programme country) because it is part of the European Economic Area.
    • Partner country students
      • Students who are not nationals of Programme countries or Switzerland pay €6.000 per academic year.
    • The deadline for paying the participation costs is 1st August 2019

     

Please take note:
Participation costs for the coming academic years may change slightly due to inflation.

Dutch students can only apply for a student loan, student travel card or a supplementary grant for the first year of the EU-HEM programme. The second year you cannot apply for a student loan or supplementary grant.

Norwegian students applying for student loan at the Norwegian State Educational Loan Fund are recommended to apply for education outside the Nordic region.
