To access Eu-HEM you need to have completed your Bachelor's degree and to be proficient in English.
Admissions are handled through the University of Oslo and the MCI | The Entrepreneurial School® of Innsbruck. The requirements are the same but the deadlines differ, so be sure to check the Eu-HEM main website for details.
You cannot apply to the Programme without submitting your Bachelor’s degree certificate and academic transcript.

If you applied through the University of Oslo, you can check them through the online portal Søknadsweb, by the University of Oslo. If you applied through MCI | The Entrepreneurial School® of Innsbruck you will receive the results of your application around 3 weeks after the deadline for each application round. You will be informed by MCI | The Entrepreneurial School® about the results of your application.

In order to be enrolled to the European Master in Health Economics and Management, admitted students have to pay participation fees that are fixed and do not depend on your 2025 ISEE certificate (Economic Situation Indicator).
For the academic year 2025-2026 depending on your nationality you will pay the following participation fees:

Validating your identity means associating your account name.surname@studio.unibo.it with your identity.
Your identity will be validated automatically, without you having to do anything, if one of the following applies:
If any of the above conditions do not apply, and you are unable to obtain SPID credentials because you are a minor or you are a resident abroad, contact the Student Administration Office or, if you are resident abroad and have a qualification obtained abroad, contact the International Student Administration Office.

If you are a non-EU student you will need to apply for your visa through Universitaly.
To do so, please follow the instructions written here. Please remember that as Eu-HEM students you must indicate:
- Course type: Master's degree
- Course name: Health Economics and Management
It is also essential to upload the bachelor diploma and/or the transcript on Universitaly to allow the offices to approve your pre-enrolment.
Download the application summary and submit it to the Embassy or Consulate to apply for a visa.
The University of Bologna's offices could be closed for several days in August, during which pre-enrolments are not validated, so pre-enrolment validation times could be longer in August.
Career activation is required to create a study plan, book and take exams, change degree programme, transfer to another university, withdraw from or suspend studies, graduate, and print certificates. It is also required to use certain services, such as access to online library resources and the Wi-Fi network.
As Eu-HEM students, your career will be activated by the registrar office manually (typically at the end of August/beginning of September).
Once the career is activated, you will receive an e-mail with instructions on how to obtain your badge.
