The curricular internship is a training experience, included in the study plan of the degree programme, aimed at completing academic education through practical experiences.
Curricular internships are professional learning experiences which allow students to have the opportunity for career development and to learn new skills. Internships grant credits, according to your study plan.
Internships are carried out on the basis of an agreement between the University of Bologna and the host structure (company, public body, professional firm etc.) and an internship programme signed by both parties.
Internships may be carried out in University structures or in companies, either in Italy or abroad.
In this Programme, internships are elective activities.
If you wish to do an internship, you can choose a 125 hours internship (5 ECTS), instead of the Workshop.
For more information on how and when to add the internships in your study plan, please refer to the page Your study plan.
you can do your curricular internship starting from the end II second semester of your first year (during summer) and during your second year.
