Ready to start?
We are happy you chose Bologna and the GIOCA Master Program and we look forward to welcoming you at our School!

Welcome days are organized in order to:

- introduce students, alumni, professors, the study plan, learning activities and opportunities offered;
- provide support to international students so as to facilitate their transition to UNIBO;
- provide them with information on School facilities, offices, services, and online administrative procedures.

GIOCA WELCOMING EVENTS

Kick-Off meeting: September 16, 3-6pm, Room 2, School of economics and management, piazza Scaravilli 2
This is us: professors, staff and students meet and greet.

Orientation meeting: September 17, 10.30am-12pm, Room 5 
Your study plan in details, hints and tips on online tools and life as a GIOCA student.

Buddy Guided Tour: September 16, from 6pm
Current students will guide you around the University and the city!

Open Mic: organized by current students, at 9pm, via del Pratello Bologna

Unibo Welcome event: October 7, Palazzo Re Enzo, Piazza del Nettuno

International Students Meeting

Our Tutor for International students will guide you through some administrative​ procedures: your permit of stay, health insurance, fiscal code, enrollment procedures and so on during a meeting with all the international students of the School.

- First meeting: September 4 at 4-6 pm room 2, piazza Scaravilli 2
- Second meeting: September 11 at 11am-1pm am room 2, piazza Scaravilli 2
- Third meeting: September 18 at 4-6 pm room 12, piazza Scaravilli 2

International students may ask for help and support during their pre-arrival administrative procedure (VISA, accommodation, health insurance etc) to our International Students tutor: write to ems.bo.tutorinternational@unibo.it
