The Programme Coordinator is in charge of the course management. In particular, the activities carried out concern:
- Degree program management: Academics - Organization of modules and seminars - Administration and logistics - Support to the Programme Director in his/her responsibility for the academic leadership and direction of the programme;
- Promotion: Communications, sponsorship and social media;
- Recruitment: managing national and international student's' admissions;
- International relations: Double degree management, Guidance for incoming and outgoing exchange students, Support to the development of new international agreements;
- Internships and placement: information and inputs to students
- Budget management: planning, developing and maintaining the programme's annual operating budget
- Alumni relations;
- Quality Assurance in collaboration with QA Committee.
- Degree Programme's Tutor Supervision
- Evaluation and administration for projects, procedures, systems and standards
The Programme Coordinator meets students individually, supporting them during the course of study. In addition, several presentations are organised to offer guidance and support. They include:
- An Open week (March every year), for potential candidates, designed to present the course’s structure as well as the admission requirements and application procedure;
- A Welcome Week (September every year), addressed to enrolling students, with welcoming events, a kick-off meeting and info-meetings to provide information about accommodation, permit of stay, university facilities, course policies, etc. Ongoing students are involved as “Buddy” in the organization of the event.
