Second Cycle Degree/Two Year Master in Economics and econometrics

Acknowledgement of an extra-university activity as a curricular internship

Requirements for Documentation and Academic Relevance

It is further specified that, with reference to the Master’s Degree Program in Economics and Econometrics, the recognition of any extra-university activity as a curricular internship requires the submission of clear, detailed, and well-documented evidence regarding the nature, structure, and academic relevance of the activity. In the case of self-employment activities, where formal supervision is typically absent, students are required to provide explicit evidence of the existence of the activity as well as of their personal and substantive contribution to it.

Evaluation Procedures and Preliminary Guidance

It is further specified that, with reference to the Master’s Degree Program in Economics and Econometrics, the Degree Programme Board may award 0, 6, or 12 credits depending on the consistency of the activity with the programme’s educational objectives, as well as on the adequacy, completeness, and accuracy of the documentation submitted by the student. Prior to submitting a formal request, students may contact the Internship Coordinator for preliminary guidance.
