Information on how to prepare and present a study plan.
You can submit the study plan if you are regularly enrolled (be sure that you paid all due fees, that you submitted the residence permit receipt or card if you are international student and the academic documents needed if you are a holder of an academic title obtained abroad) and if your year of registration envisages the submission of the study plan.
If you plan to graduate by the end of the former academic year (March session), you cannot submit or change your study plan in the current academic year.
For example, if you change your study plan in October 2024 (hence in the a.y. 24/25) you cannot graduate in the final examination sessions of the previous academic year 23/24 (October 2024, December 2024, March 2025).
During the a.y. 24/25 you can submit and amend your study plan in the following period:
from October 1st, 2024 to 31st March, 2025
Following expiry of the deadlines, the last study plan presented will be deemed valid and no further amendments may be made.
The study plan is filled in and submitted through StudentiOnline. During the period in which the study plan can be submitted, you can submit and amend it without limitations. Once the deadline for submission expires, the latest submitted study plan will be considered valid and no more amendments will be accepted.
If you select elective subjects among those offered by the Degree Programme, there is no need for assessment and your plan is approved automatically and input to your career file.
If you are interested in adding a course in the free choice learning activites section which is not specifically offered by your degree programme, but offered by one of the degree programmes of the Science area, you will have to ask for the approval of the Degree Programme Board, by sending an email to the WACOMA Degree Programme Director.
After the approval, to add the course in your Study Plan, use the search tool Insegnamento a scelta su VICEPRESIDENZA 20 - Presidenza della Scuola di Scienze sede di Bologna available at the bottom of the page on the online submission platform of the study plan. Search the course you are interested in by code course only. You can also use this search bar to add those courses you did not choose in the discipline groups. Use the search tool Insegnamento a scelta su ATENEO 010 - UNIVERSITA' DI BOLOGNA to add courses offered by degree programme of other areas, which are not with restricted access.
If the course you are interested in is offered by a degree with a restricted access, you will not be able to add the course online, but you would have to submit your request through this form , which is to be sent from your @studio.unibo.it account during the period in which the study plan can be submitted:
October 1st -March 31st
The form will have to be submitted to the WACOMA Degree Programme Director for the approval. You will also have to contact the Degree Programme Director of the programme which offers the course for their approval, hence the procedure will take up to several weeks. Once you have received the authorisation required, you need to forward the form back to the Segreteria Didattica Ambiente Mare - Campus Ravenna: campusravenna.ambientemare@unibo.it
You need to submit your choices related to the Final Examination during the time period when it is allowed. If, for any reason, you fail to do so or you need to change your choices related to the Final Examination, you can do so by filling in the study plan paper form and forward it by e-mail to the Segreteria Didattica Ambiente Mare - Campus Ravenna: campusravenna.ambientemare@unibo.it . Your request will be avaluated and your study plan updated, if needed.
If you are a part-time student you can modify your study plan online. To do so it is necessary to activate the procedure by writing to the Programme Coordinator from your institutional mailbox name.surname@studio.unibo.it
