Ms. Victoria Zinchuk, Director, Head of Romania, EBRD will deliver a class on "The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development – Role, mandate and recent developments" .
The Lesson is part of the Laboratory: International Organisations and the Governance of Development, taught by Professor Elisabetta Capannelli, SVIC Visiting Professor.
The Talk is delivered in English and is open to all those interested in development, finance, governance and economics.
The speaker is the EBRD Director in Romania. She has been with EBRD for more than 20 years and has been Director for Croatia 2018-22, Regional Director Central Europe, and Director for Romania since September 2023. Ms. Zinchuk has strong understanding of investment and financial analysis and proven expertise in structuring, negotiating and implementation of debt, equity and quasi equity transactions She holds a Master’s degree in Banking and Finance from the Kiev State University of Economics, Ukraine and the University of Central England, Birmingham, UK. Ms. Zinchuk will intervene also on the role of the EBRD in the context of the G20 Roadmap towards Better, Bigger, and More Effective MDBs
