Check whether your home University has an agreement with us for student mobility with Erasmus+ Studies. The international exchanges coordinator of your home University can provide information about the selection process leading up to your official nomination as an exchange student coming to the University of Bologna. If no agreement is in place, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept you as an exchange student.

The University of Bologna mainly uses EWP so, if possible, please use EWP to submit your learning agreement. If your University is not connected to EWP yet, you can use the PDF form of the Learning Agreement and upload it on Alma RM.
The final version of the Learning Agreement, signed by you and your university, must be submitted by the following deadlines:
