Guidance for prospective students

For help to select a degree programme and to receive support for the admission test, you may contact the Tutorial services. You will receive information about learning outcome, teaching activities and career opportunities and will be able to clarify any doubts you may have.

Guidance activities 

The Programme takes part in the orientation activities promoted by the University and organises other specific activities to present the characteristics of the educational plan to students and provide them with all the information they need to start their studies.

AlmaOrienta: at the beginning of March at Fiera di Bologna;

Freshman Day and Induction Meetings with Year 1 students: at the start of the lessons, meetings with Year 1 students is organised to provide information about the programme learning activities and organisation. Please check the Notice Board in our homepage for updates on the next meetings.

Guidance for enrolled students

Alma Mater provides students with various tools to maximise their University experience and obtain information and guidance during their studies.

In addition to tutorial services, guidance and internships, the University also organises events and activities that will benefit your studies - further information here.

Enrolled students may meet academic or guidance staff to work on any issues that may arise during the programme.

Guidance for final-year students and graduates

The University of Bologna offers support to those who intend to continue their studies or enter into the world of work.
