In order to apply to the 2023 Call for the admission to Medical Specialisation Schools, candidates are required to upload a declaration stating the type of thesis (experimental or compiling).
This declaration must be countersigned by the thesis supervisor by contacting them directly (contacts can be found in the university address book: www.unibo.it/rubrica).
Only if the thesis supervisor is no longer employed at the University of Bologna, the declaration can be countersigned by the Degree Programme Director; in this case, applicants must send the declaration -already filled in and signed- to medicine.surgery@unibo.it, together with a copy of the thesis for the purposes of an evaluation by the Degree Programme Director.

The first part of the self-certification must be filled in and signed by the candidate (“Dichiarante”). The second part must be left blank and will be filled in and signed by the Thesis Supervisor or by the Degree Programme Director (only if the Thesis Supervisor is no longer employed at the University of Bologna).
