Now in its sixth edition, D20 Leader is the highly innovative program of excellence you've been waiting for, offering you the key to your professional success! A program offered entirely by Fondirigenti, in collaboration with Confindustria and Federmanager, which will immerse you in the world of modern management and help you develop the soft skills and technical expertise most sought after by companies.

DURATION:
The training program (classroom training, study tours, and online training) will take place from September 29 to the end of November 2025, while the work experience will begin in January 2026.

WHO CAN APPLY:
- Being born between January 1, 1998, and December 31, 2003
- Bachelor's degree and first-level master's degree already obtained or to be completed by December 31, 2025
- At least one of the Bachelor's and Master's degrees must be obtained in one of the following academic areas: Mathematical and Computer Sciences; Physical Sciences; Chemical Sciences; Biological Sciences; Civil, industrial, and information engineering; Pedagogical and psychological sciences; Legal sciences; Economic and statistical sciences; Political and social sciences
