By digital transformation we mean a set of cultural, social, creative, and organizational changes triggered by the progressive adoption of technological and digital solutions. Public and private companies struggle to find specialists to lead digital transformation. Digital transformation managers must have interdisciplinary skills to make them able to master innovative technologies and, at the same time, to handle complex innovation processes and projects.
DTM is the first two-year master degree in Europe completely devoted to Digital Transformation. The degree program provisioned by the Department of Computer Science and Engineering in close collaboration with the Department of Management. This collaboration has enabled us to create an international faculty consisting of academics from the two areas and professionals specialized in digital transformation.
