Student administration offices

The administration of student careers for this Degree Programme is managed by several offices.

Student Administration Office

The Student Administration Office is in charge of students' records and the related administratice procedures, from enrolment to graduation. More specifically, students can refer to such Office for enrolment, fees and payments, study plans, transfers, degree certificates, transcripts, duplicates, issue of student cards, access to records.

Degree Programme Office

The Degree Programme Office (Programme Coordinator + Programme Tutor) provides students and faculty with information and support on academic matters, coordinating exams, admissions, study plans and curriculum-related activities. The Office also manage promotion, budgeting, events, quality assurance, international relations.

 

Internship Office

An internship is an opportunity for students to learn, grow, and challenge themselves in a professional setting. The Internship Office supports students in finding curricular internships (to be included in their study plan), as well as post-graduation placements. Also, the Office supports businesses in drawing up internship agreements .

School's International Exchange Desk

The Office promotes student mobility programmes and organises information events. It offers guidance on study opportunities within exchange programmes as well as support in the application process.

Unibo International Desk

The office provides information and support to prospective and current international students on procedures related to visas and residence permits, immigration rules, fees, scholarships and benefits, procedures to follow at Italian Embassies or Consulates abroad, eligibility with non-Italian certificates.
